Microsoft plans to put up the second beta-fledged characteristics of the new version of the Internet Explorer 8 to surf the Internet during the next August.

Microsoft was uncovered early last March on the first experimental version of the Internet Explorer 8, during a conference on Internet technology company held city of Las Vegas America, designers and developers targeted Internet sites primarily.

The new version will target raised to be normal user of the Internet, which will be equipped with all the characteristics that would have upon his release officially.
